Oh, Bison!
The other night, I tried Bison (the fancy name for Buffalo) for the first time! First of all, am I the only person who thought they were extinct? Second of all, it was fantastic. So much more tasty and tender then plain ol’ Hamburger. If you haven’t tried it, you must. Yummy, Yummy Bison… or Buffalo, or whatever.

La Californie.
Being back in California has solidified my belief in home soil. 6 Months ago I wasn’t sure if California was my “real home”. But driving down the 405 freeway, taking in the beach breeze, and looking out at the Beautiful Golden State, just feels right. Home. I like the sound of that.
